Jonas went for an early swim this morning.
It was about 9:30 a.m. when we filled up the pool. He played with his trains, splashed us with the hose and floated for a while, until he said, "I'm cold, mama." 
We went inside, warmed him up and then while we were in one of the bedrooms, he spotted a cricket. He followed it for a while. Then I told him we should catch it. I grabbed a glass and caught the poor thing.
I asked him if he wanted to keep it or let it go and he wanted to keep it. He said, "Look at my beautiful pet!"
We went outside to put some dirt in the glass, because the cricket was sliding around. He filled it up too much and the cricket made an escape.
I caught it again and I told him that if he filled it up again his cricket would jump out.
He did and the cricket made his second escape and he was free. Jonas didn't mind too much. He continued to fill his cup with dirt. That was more fun, I guess.
